My Journey to Wellness with Nancy was one heck of a ride. She is loving, supportive, kind, caring, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. I learned about myself, healthy eating and which foods to eat and not eat. How to deal with anxiety? I had a scare of cancer, and I had to go for a biopsy. I was told the procedure could take up to 2 hours. This made me very anxious. Nancy taught me strategies on how to deal with anxiety. I was even able to use them during the procedure to help calm me down. It really really works. She also recommended a 3-day juice detox which I did. She always checked in on me 2 or 3 times a day to make sure I was ok and see if I had any questions about energy levels. After the third day, I felt better than I did in months. I had lots of energy to finally complete all of the tasks I had to pushed aside because of my health.I believe everyone needs to work with Nancy to balance their life. To learn how your mental health is connected to your physical health. We talked about setting goals, how important it is to talk about your problems, the importance of journaling, and realizing that you are not alone in this world. She was always there to listen to me and help me deal with problems that had been buried deep inside me for many years. Nancy thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. I feel refreshed and ready to take on the world.
