My goal as a Certified Holistic Health Coach is to provide you with tools and resources that will speed up your own individual health journey. With all the fad diets and controversies out there, it’s easy to get overwhelm and confused about how to get healthier. It took me 10+ years of learning what works and what doesn’t to help reduce my own anxiety and to live a healthy sustainable lifestyle!
Thats why this Health Coaching program is solely catered to you and your individual needs so we can work together to accomplish your health and wellness goals!
During the next 5 weeks I will provide you with tips/tricks that will focus on instilling healthier habits to create a healthier life!
I will provide you with quick/easy healthy recipes and meal plans to facilitate your journey towards health and wellness!
It’s also about creating a safe space to help resolve inner conflicts that are standing in your way to a healthier and happier life!

My Health Coaching Program includes:
60 minute sessions weekly either in Person or through FaceTime/Skype/Messenger/Zoom
Email or Text support between sessions to answer any questions or concerns
Setting Health and Wellness Goals and keeping you accountable towards those Goals
Providing you with the Resources, and the Tips/Tools you need to facilitate your Journey Towards Health & Wellness
